Production times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, quantity, decoration method, artwork approval, shipping, supplier schedules and other circumstances.

SWFL Promotions strives to complete orders by requested deadlines whenever possible. Rush service may be available for some projects and may involve additional charges. A requested event or delivery date is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Products may become unavailable or discontinued without notice. If an item becomes unavailable, SWFL Promotions may recommend comparable alternatives for customer approval.

This website may link to third-party catalogs, supplier websites or other external services. SWFL Promotions does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or technical operation.

Because decorated and personalized products are produced specifically for the customer, they may not be returnable except in cases of verified production defects, incorrect products or other issues accepted by SWFL Promotions.
